– the new project from American born Berlin based Musician/Artist. Electro Magnetic Goldstar fuses the worlds of analog synths, soulful samples with heavy break beats and deep bass lines. EMG mixes elements of Triphop, Dub and Electronica to create his unique style of BassMusic Influenced heavily by the different points on the map that he has called home. Growing up in New York the birthplace of HipHop the art of sampling and drum breaks provide the foundation for the EMG sound. Relocating to London 2008 EMG found himself in the middle of the cities famous SoundSystem Culture soaking up inspiration from Dub legends as well as the electronic sounds of Dubstep, Drum and Bass, and Jungle. In 2013 EMG resettled once again, this time in the German capital Berlin, Over the following years in Berlin EMG has played live under various aliases while always producing new music, in 2019 taking a break from preforming to refocus and define his sound. spending the next 3 years in the studio learning and experimenting not only with sound but also visuals, circuit-bending and building electronics. Electro Magnetic Goldstar is the cumulation of these lasts years experimentations/works along with EMG´s unique music journey he calls life.
